Description
Duties: Drive continuous improvement across JPMC Enterprise Tool Chain (JET) product groups. Assist in implementing transformation vision and strategy. Mentor and coach Scrum Masters within JPMC Enterprise Tool Chain (JET) Product Groups to foster collaboration across teams. Facilitate scrum events for the development teams, collaborating with the product team and product owners to implement agile practices and techniques required for continuous improvement. Engage with the development teams, scrum masters, product teams, and product owners to coach agile practices and the events and techniques required for continuous improvement by the teams in an Agile product development organization. Identify continuous improvement activities and opportunities to reduce waste, drive efficiencies, and improve the overall effectiveness of agile within the product groups. Embrace the concept of continuous learning, protect the team from churn, drive velocity improvements, lower defect density, and promote more frequent deployments.QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Agility Lead, Computer Systems Analyst, Technology Analyst, Software Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Agility Lead, Computer Systems Analyst, Technology Analyst, Software Developer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Agile coaching and methodologies; software development project management and delivery. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, including initiation, planning, development and testing, followed by deployment operate and maintenance; agile delivery and agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks such as Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies; monitoring agility metrics and guiding teams through software development projects, ensuring deliverables adhere to established processes including creating scalable and autoscaling solutions, ensuring resilience, maintaining low response times, conducting performance testing, and incorporating comprehensive logging and alerting mechanisms while emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability; engaging with and influencing stakeholders at various levels within the organization, guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context; Behavioral Design Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD); applying Scrum and Agile principles and practices in Product development; programming practices including CI/CD, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, GitHub Actions, and JIRA Automation; frameworks or patterns used in Continuous Testing; development design patterns or technologies such as Service oriented environments, Microservices, or APIs; public cloud such as AWS or Azure; Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning including Generative AI and Large Language Models; orchestrating delivery pipelines for AI/ML initiatives; Cloud infrastructure on Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure platforms; translating business requirements into scalable, high- performance technical solutions; managing containerized AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes; Customer-centered techniques including user research, UX and UI trends, design thinking, lean startup, customer journey and user story mapping organization; end to end product concepts including brand management, marketing, prospecting, account opening, enrollment, fulfillment, and servicing; end to end product development concepts including risk, audit, controls, and legal and compliance.
