Job Description
As the Aggregate Spend & Transparency Lead, you will lead healthcare spend transparency reporting and transparency compliance for Philips in North America, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete aggregate spend reporting while shaping global strategies.
Though Malvern, PA is our preferred location (as this is where the hiring manager is located), we are open to considering applicants from Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA.
Your role:
- Own and manage the aggregate spend reporting process in North America, ensuring compliance with U.S. transparency regulations, including Open Payments (Sunshine Act).
- Serve as an expert and leader in transparency reporting, working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and IT to integrate and improve reporting systems. You will also, conduct data analysis and benchmarking, providing insights into Philips' reporting and competitor trends to inform leadership decisions.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring Philips remains compliant with evolving laws and industry's best practices. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training and communications to ensure employees and stakeholders understand and comply with transparency reporting requirements.
You're the right fit if:
- You have acquired 5+ years of experience in Aggregate Spend Compliance, including understanding of transparency reporting requirements (e.g., U.S. Sunshine Act, state-specific regulations, or international equivalents).
- Your skills include having led aggregate spend programs or initiatives and are skilled in handling large data sets to extract key insights, as well as experience in regulatory analysis, reporting systems management, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's or certifications in compliance are a plus).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $111,000 to $177,000.
The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $117,000 to $186,000.
The pat range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $125,000 to $198,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional information:
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA, Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA.
